Lotus water chestnut pork ribs porridge
Overview
A friend sent me a pack of home-grown lotus seeds. I originally wanted to make a sweet soup. I bought water chestnuts and pork ribs at the market to make soup, so I simply used them to make porridge with the lotus seeds. It’s delicious, delicious, and filling!

Prepare all preparation materials

Rinse the pork ribs with hot water several times (or blanch them) and put them into the inner pot. Add white rice, fresh lotus seeds and water chestnuts, add minced celery, and add an appropriate amount of water. Add about 200cc of cold water to the outer pot and start stewing

After the power is turned on, add an appropriate amount of salt and pepper and a few drops of sesame oil to taste. If you like coriander, you can also add a little coriander.
