Spring seasonal delicacies - strawberry egg tart
Overview
I don’t like the original egg tarts sold in cake shops, so I make my own fruit tarts. I made mango egg tart a few days ago and it was very popular. Today I made strawberry egg tart.

Remove stems from strawberries and soak.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees for ten minutes.

Place six tart shells into the baking pan.

Remove the strawberries, use a knife to control the water, cut into small pieces and put them into the tart shell.

Take 15g of milk powder. The milk powder is slightly sweet, so I did not add sugar. If you use milk, you can add a spoonful of sugar.

Pour in water and make 100g. I accidentally added 4g more water here.

Break in an egg.

Use chopsticks to stir into a uniform egg custard.

Divide evenly into the tart crust.

Put it in the preheated oven and bake it at 180 degrees for 25 minutes. I'm making ice cream here, so I baked it for two minutes longer and the color became darker.
