Debone the chicken legs and cut the cucumber and red pepper into thick strips

Marinate the boneless chicken legs with a pinch of salt and sugar for about 10 minutes

Preheat the rice cooker

Spread a thin layer of salad oil into the rice cooker

Put the marinated chicken legs into the rice cooker and press the cooking button

After the rice cook button is turned to keep warm, open the lid and take out the chicken (be careful if your hands are hot)

When the chicken is slightly cool, chop it into large pieces, stir in the honey barbecue sauce, and wait for 5 minutes

Put the mixed chicken pieces

Press the cook button and bake for 3 minutes

Bake for another 3 minutes

Add cucumber strips and red pepper strips

Turn off the power and mix evenly
