Pineapple slices, soaked in light salt water

Cut into small pieces

Put it into a juicer and add a cup of cold water to squeeze it into juice. Filter the juice and pomace

Mix the juice with honey and make it a sweet and sour appetizer

Stir the fruit with a wooden spatula until the jam remains, put it into a non-stick pan, add rock sugar and bring to a boil over high heat

When the jam becomes sticky, reduce the heat to low (stir constantly to prevent it from sticking to the pan). Squeeze in a little lemon juice and mix well

When the jam is ready, turn off the heat and put it into a bowl or glass bottle
