What can you do after work? I like to watch Food World. I have been following it for more than two years. I have never made any dishes because everyone’s cooking is so beautiful. Occasionally, I only took pictures of the simple steps. Although it was too few, it was my first time, hehe

Make dumpling wrappers as usual, using cooked purple sweet potato and noodles, but press the sides a few more times to make the sides thinner than the middle. We call it "dare" wrapper. Sprinkle some flour when making the sides, otherwise it will be sticky

This side is made of dough mixed with purple sweet potato. Roll it into strips, make a circle around the white dough, and flatten it out.

This is steamed. I can’t take a picture by myself. I have to rush to work. I just put the dumplings in the middle like making dumplings, bring the mouth to the middle and pinch them tightly. The steamed ones are darker in color than the raw ones
