First, fry the fish according to the method of frying fish. The previous recipe has detailed instructions, which is equivalent to eating two fish for one.

Cut the tofu into pieces, fry the fish and set aside.

Cut celery and green onions into sections and set aside.

After the oil is hot, add ginger, green onions and celery and stir-fry until fragrant. Add fried fish and tofu and stir-fry evenly. Add boiling water and simmer for 10 minutes before seasoning.
