Egg fried toast
Overview
How many variations can be made with just toast and eggs? It’s really hard to say. This is probably the fourth type, right? Wrap the toast with eggs and fry it. If you like more oil, you can also fry it. To save trouble, you can just cut a diagonal line to form a large triangle. But I have always preferred small and compact things, and it doesn’t take much trouble to cut more. If you like the brown color from frying, after frying both sides, stand the edges up and fry again. It seems that the chopsticks and shovel are not easy to use, so I just use my hands. Hot! Bear it! The fried triangles were no longer in their original state and could only lean against each other with grinning teeth. . .
