Soak the isinglass slices in cold water until soft

Add 80g of sugar to 100ml of juice and cook over low heat in a non-stick pan until the sugar melts or heat in a microwave

Add a small cup of lemon juice

Add isinglass flakes and stir until completely melted

Pour into the mold and place in the refrigerator for two hours

The unmolded candies are coated with fine sugar
