Ingredients: 250ml pure milk, 2 eggs (only egg whites), 35g sugar

Open the egg and separate the egg white and yolk

Add sugar to the egg whites

Stir evenly until the sugar dissolves

Pour the milk into the milk pot and heat over low heat until it boils

Immediately pour into a bowl and let cool until a layer of milk skin appears

Use chopsticks to spread the edges a little and pour out the milk

Leave a little milk at the bottom of the bowl to prevent the milk skin from sticking to the bottom of the bowl

Pour the removed milk into the egg white liquid and stir evenly

Filter out the bubbles

Then pour it back into the milk bowl along the edge

The milk skin is floating on the surface

Wrap in plastic wrap

Place on the steaming rack, cover and bring to a boil over high heat, then turn to low heat and steam for about 15 minutes
