Beef brisket rice noodles

Overview

I just stewed the beef brisket today. The beef brisket has a chewy texture and the sauce is fragrant. It is an absolutely perfect match with rice noodles or noodles.

1. 1 Prepare the ingredients: as shown in the picture.

   

2. 2 Add water (appropriate amount of beef brisket soup) to the pot and bring to a boil.

   

3. 3 Add rice noodles, fungus, cook for 1-2 minutes, and adjust salt.

   

4. 4 Pour it out into a large bowl and add some chopped green onion.

   

5. 5 Put the beef brisket into a bowl and add some golden garlic to make it more fragrant.
