Stir-fried beans with potatoes - BBQ flavor stir-fry

Summer is here, want to have barbecue~ go outside? It's smoky, noisy, and hot. I love baked beans and my daughter loves baked potatoes. I thought about it for a while and made beans and potatoes using dry stir-fry method. It tastes good too! Now you can eat barbecue at home in your pajamas, satisfying your cravings and feeling comfortable!

Wash the beans and break them into large pieces. Peel the potatoes and cut them into strips, which are thinner than the beans.

Separately fry the beans and potatoes until soft. Remove and drain

Leave a little base oil in the pot, sauté the peppercorns and chili skins (the amount depends on your own taste), add the oiled beans and potatoes, add 2 tablespoons of oyster sauce, add a little water, and stir-fry briefly. Adjust the saltiness and it’s ready to serve!
