Cut the colored pepper into small pieces, pick small florets of fungus, and mince green onion and ginger

Boil water in a pot. When the water is hot, blanch the rice cake slices and fungus in water until the rice cake is slightly soft. Remove them all and control the water

Heat another pot, pour oil, sauté onions and ginger

Pour in the colored peppers and stir-fry

Add a small bowl of water, bring to a boil, add salt, sugar and MSG to taste

Pour in the rice cake and fungus and stir-fry until the soup is reduced and the rice cake is soft and glutinous.
