Overview
Hongyang Kueh Juice is one of the most famous snacks in Chaoshan area. It has the characteristics of crispy skin, refreshing fragrance, delicious soup and rich ingredients. Soak the dried squid until soft with a cutting knife, cut the meatloaf into pieces, wash the lilies, and prepare minced meat (or slices of meat).

Boil water in a pot, add minced meat, meatloaf, and squid, and start cooking soup.
