Steps
-
Prepare materials, weigh them one by one and set aside
-
Soften the butter and add powdered sugar
-
Beat the eggs with an electric mixer until pale, then add the egg liquid in three batches
-
Sift in the flour and stir
-
Use a spatula to help mix the dough
-
Put it into a plastic bag, roll it out flat, and refrigerate for 30 minutes
-
Prepare two biscuit cutters as shown in the picture and cut out the biscuit embryos
-
Preheat the oven to 170 degrees and bake on the middle rack for about 20 minutes
-
Super flat cookie dough
-
Knead the white fondant paste evenly, roll it out, and cut out the fondant crust using the original biscuit cutter. I used a total of 3 colors of fondant base
-
Take elk as an example: roll out brown dried Pez, cut it into two circles of different sizes, wrap two small balls under the two circles, dip the biscuits in water to make a bow
-
Roll dark brown dry Pez into long strips, make deer feet and antlers, and sprinkle with a few colorful sugar beads
-
Little Elk Biscuits
-
Santa Claus Cookies
-
Christmas wreath cookies

The entire series
