After heating the oil, stir-fry the duck meat until it is cooked through. Generally, the duck gizzards, duck liver and duck heart will be retained.

Add wine to simmer. The wine is thicker than the rice wine in the supermarket.

Add water and simmer.

Cover with minced chili and ginger and cook.

Add some tea oil and cook until there is very little water left.

Add duck blood and stir-fry until red color disappears.
