Separate 3 eggs, egg yolks and egg whites (you can use an egg white separator), beat the egg yolks first, add a spoonful of sugar and continue beating for 1 minute

Add appropriate amount of flour, stir and then pour in pure milk according to the amount of flour. The batter should not be too thick, just enough to stick to it.

Beat the egg whites with a whisk until creamy (I beat it with three chopsticks. Although the beat was successful, my arms were numb). Add sugar in 3 batches. The amount is based on personal taste

Add the beaten egg whites into the batter in small portions. Be careful not to stir by beating, but stir up and down. Prepare the rice cooker, brush the bottom layer with a layer of salad oil (butter is best), then pour the egg liquid into the rice cooker, sprinkle with raisins, and press the cooking button. After keeping warm for 5 minutes, press the cooking button again. After 5 minutes, cancel cooking. The soft and delicious cake is ready
