  1. Soak white fungus in cold water

  2. Peel the lychee and remove the skin

  3. Tear the soaked white fungus into small pieces, add rock sugar and an appropriate amount of water, bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce to low heat and simmer for 60 minutes. (Do not open the lid and fill with water in the middle)

  4. When the time is up, add lychees and wolfberries and cook for 15 minutes

  5. Once it’s out of the pan, it’s better to chill it in the refrigerator if time allows!
