Chocolate jelly cheesecake
Overview
Try adding chocolate to the cheesecake, it feels like a mousse! No wonder I couldn't find the recipe, so I made tiramisu and chocolate mousse. Maybe adding some vanilla would make it richer, but unfortunately I didn’t.

Heat and melt 30 grams of cream, 30 grams of milk, and 60 grams of chocolate. Add an appropriate amount of sugar to make chocolate ganache. Used as a chocolate mirror decoration.
