Prepare the main ingredients and remove the stems of the mushrooms and wash them.

Add appropriate amount of salt, five-spice powder, cooking wine, oyster sauce, light soy sauce and two spoons of cornstarch to the pork filling and mix well. (Note: Except for cornstarch, the above seasonings can be used in appropriate amounts)

Stuff the seasoned meat into the mushrooms.

Pour water into the pot and bring to a boil. Put the mushrooms in, cover tightly, and steam over high heat for about 10 minutes until cooked. Take them out.
