Sesame Tofu
Overview
[Sesame Tofu] Simple and delicious. I like tofu no matter how it is made. I often fry it and eat it simply. Add sesame salt, salt and pepper or some kind of sauce, and it tastes delicious. Last time I mixed some sesame seeds and cumin powder and made some powder. This powder has become an all-purpose powder. It can also be used for meat, vegetables and tofu. Hehe, it is delicious

Prepare a large plate and add cornstarch.

Cut the tofu into 0.5cm thick slices and pat them with cornstarch.

Brush oil on a frying pan, heat it up, add tofu cubes and fry over low heat until fragrant.

Flip in the middle and fry until both sides are caramelized. Sprinkle some fine salt.

Remove from the pan and serve on a plate, sprinkle with sesame and cumin powder.
