Cut the small yellow croaker clean and cut it from head to tail to take out the internal organs and gills very quickly.

Steam the steamer over high heat for 5 minutes. Take out the tofu and put it on another plate. After filtering out the excess juice, move the steamed fish one by one to the tofu to cover the tofu. Finally, pour a little boiling milk on the fish
