Sizzling potato chips family version
Overview
When I was in high school, there were often small stalls selling sizzling potato chips in front of the school! The most common potato chips, which cost one dollar a bag, became an irreplaceable delicacy in our high school days! Time flies, and it’s been more than ten years in the blink of an eye. Now every time we get together with friends who have known each other for more than ten or twenty years at my house, this dish can never be missed. It is usually chicken, duck, and fish with a little bit of chopsticks, but this one is the only favorite, and I have to make several pots in a row! Food and beautiful memories are linked together and become an eternity that cannot be surpassed!

Steps
-
Peel potatoes. Due to storage conditions, potatoes will inevitably sprout. At this time, you need to use something (a steel spoon handle) to dig deep into the sprouts!
-
Cut the potatoes into thin and even slices.
-
After preheating the pan, pour in appropriate amount of blended oil!
-
Spread the potato slices evenly in the pan, turning them every minute or so to cook evenly. Add appropriate amount of salt. When the potato slices change color, add the garlic sauce and flip again. Of course, I want the garlic sauce to be visible during the attack. You can squeeze it to a wider range and make it more even!
-
Add cumin to your taste! Mix well!
-
Serve!
