Mung bean cake
Overview
Some time ago, I saw a recipe for mung bean pancake posted by gourmets. The pictures were so beautiful that I had the urge to make it. So I saved it and tried it on the weekend. The method is quite simple, but for the sake of convenience, I bought dried mung beans that have been shelled from the supermarket, so the bean flavor is very bland. If it is delicious, it is better to shell it yourself.

Soak the shelled mung beans bought in the supermarket the night before, wash them the next day, and steam them for 20 minutes.

Crush it with a food processor, add sugar and appropriate amount of peanut oil and stir-fry into a dough.

Divide into 30g portions.
