Steps
-
Pick okra of the same thickness, wash and cut off the heads.
-
Then cut into thin and even slices, leaving only the middle section of the okra and not both ends.
-
I should have blanched them in water first (just scald them) and evenly placed them in a bowl (I don't have a bowl of this size at home, so I had to put them in a soup bowl), but I didn't remember until I was almost finished placing them, so I had to do this.
-
Wash 1 yam and steam it in a pot, then peel it and mash it into a paste with a knife.
-
Add salt, sesame oil and chicken essence to the twisted yam paste and mix well.
-
The amount of 1 stick of pureed yam is exactly the same as the bowl, just compact it.
-
Prepare a flat plate and put it on the soup bowl of okra and yam puree, and then turn it upside down with the soup bowl facing up.
-
The starry okra and yam puree have been poured upside down in the center of the plate.
-
Chop the tomatoes.
-
Add chopped tomatoes without adding water and beat into pure tomato juice.
-
Add a little cooking oil to the pot, add tomato juice, add salt, bring to a boil and stir-fry evenly, then add a little chicken essence and serve.
-
Tomato juice can be poured over baby's breath okra and yam puree and served.
-
Pour in tomato juice.
