Wash the bell peppers and set aside.

Remove stems and seeds, cut into shreds.

Shredded tofu, set aside.

Heat the pot, add an appropriate amount of oil, add the colored peppers and stir-fry until fragrant, then add the shredded tofu, add a little salt, cumin powder, red pepper noodles and chicken essence to taste, stir-fry a few times and it's ready.

Remove from pan and plate.
