Yogurt made from raw milk
Overview
My husband’s friend owns a large dairy farm and gives us a lot of raw fresh milk every day. The children drink fresh milk every day and they all grow chubby. Yesterday, I suddenly thought of using raw milk to make yogurt to see how it tastes. I didn’t expect that it was successful in the first time, and it is as good as the yogurt made from boxed milk, just like tofu!

Ingredients
Steps
-
Put raw fresh milk into the rice cooker
-
Press the "porridge and soup" button to boil and sterilize! (This way you don’t have to worry about the milk overflowing after boiling!)
-
Unplug the power after boiling
-
Take out the boiled fresh milk and let it cool until it is warm
-
At this time, you can see a layer of milk skin on the surface of the fresh milk!
-
Use chopsticks to gently cut the milk skin to one side and pick it up
-
This is processed warm fresh milk
-
Prepare bacterial powder
-
Pour the bacterial powder into the inner pot
-
Add a little fresh milk and stir evenly to prevent the bacterial powder from sticking to the bottom!
-
Add 2 tablespoons sugar
-
Stir thoroughly until the sugar dissolves!
-
Continue to add fresh milk until it is 80% full, stirring evenly while adding fresh milk!
-
Pour an appropriate amount of warm water into the yogurt machine (as long as it is not hot to your hands!)
-
Put the liner of the yogurt machine into the yogurt machine
-
Close the inner cover
-
Cover the outer lid and seal tightly
-
Plug it in and wait patiently for 8 hours!
-
This is ready-made yogurt
-
Take a spoonful and see, it's not bad, just like tender tofu puffs!
-
Stir it very finely!

The drawing effect is pretty good too, no worse than that of cartoned milk!
