Clean the fan bones, blanch them in water, and rinse them again.

Put the rinsed bones into an earthen pot, add ginger slices and an appropriate amount of water, and bring to a boil over medium heat. After boiling, continue to cook over medium heat for about 20 minutes, then turn to low heat.

Peel the white radish and cut into cubes.

After the bone soup boils, continue to simmer for about half an hour, add the radish, and simmer for another hour or so.

After boiling, just add appropriate amount of salt.
