French baguette
Overview
It is simple and easy to make, delicious and filling. It is a good dry food to take when going out. It is very good to put on your favorite jam. You can also slice it and bake it with butter and garlic paste, or bake it with some cheese.

Ingredients
Steps
-
Weigh the flour, add yeast and salt, add water and knead the dough
-
Knead the dough. If there is no dry flour, cover it with plastic wrap for 5 minutes and then knead the dough
-
The dough is smooth, cover it with plastic wrap or a lid, and let it rest for basic fermentation
-
When the dough has doubled in size, take it out, gently press out the air in the dough, and divide it into three equal portions
-
Use a rolling pin to flatten the dough and roll it up
-
Spread a thin layer of oil on the surface of the shaped bread
-
Put a dish of hot water at the bottom of the oven, put the bread into the middle and upper rack of the oven, and leave it at 35 degrees for 40 minutes for secondary fermentation (I put it in for natural fermentation because the temperature in my room is 31 degrees)
-
Before preheating the oven and baking, spray water on the inner wall of the oven. Preheat at 220 degrees for 10 minutes and bake for 25 minutes
-
When the bread comes out of the oven, put it on a rack to cool immediately (otherwise there will be moisture and the bread will become soft)
