Overview
When the peppers mature in the garden in autumn, our Hunan families usually make their own chopped peppers, which is basically enough for a year. The older generation uses pickle jars to make chopped pepper, but I use glass bottles. One small bottle and one small bottle are placed in the refrigerator.
