Black bean dregs and sesame biscuits
Overview
There is a lot of bean dregs when making tofu, and the bean dregs are basically thrown away. Although I feel a pity every time I pour them out, I really can't eat so much bean dregs. I used bean dregs to make steamed buns and stir-fry vegetables. Today I made black bean tofu, and the remaining bean dregs were used to make biscuits
