Prepare a square container (I used a 20cm*20cm square baking pan), dip it in a little water and cover it with heat-resistant plastic wrap.

Spread a layer of coconut paste.

Place cornstarch in a small bowl.

Add 1/3 of the milk and stir evenly with chopsticks.

Put the whipping cream, remaining milk, and sugar into the milk pot.

Turn on low heat and cook until small bubbles appear on the edge of the milk. Pour in the starch milk liquid and stir the mixture continuously with chopsticks.

The mixture will become thicker and thicker. When there are obvious lines when you scratch it with chopsticks, stop heating. Remove from heat and continue stirring with chopsticks for about one minute.

Pour into the prepared square baking pan and spread a layer of coconut on top. After it cools down, put it in a large food bag, seal it, and refrigerate it overnight until the mixture solidifies into milk cubes.

Cut the milk block with a heart-shaped mold, arrange it into a flower shape, and garnish with dried roses.
