Glutinous rice and hawthorn cake
Overview
I like eating glutinous rice, no matter sweet or salty. Recently I have been eager to eliminate half a bag of glutinous rice. I like the sweet and sour taste of hawthorn. Eating it directly is actually enough flavor (the hawthorn cake is a purchased product, so it already has enough flavor). You can also stick it with sugar or powder made from ground dried fruits. In fact, it can be simpler: cut the hawthorn cake into small dices, steam the glutinous rice, slightly grind almonds, walnuts, pistachios, melon seeds, etc., stir them together, make a big bowl, and start eating!
