Put the prepared pork belly into the pot, stir-fry over high heat, and slowly fry the lard (be careful of the lard splashing out).

Add the prepared side dishes, stir-fry until fragrant, then add chili and stir-fry.

Add the soaked fungus to the pot and stir-fry (note that the fungus will fry when the oil is at a certain temperature, try to cover it with the pot lid).

Add salt, oyster sauce and continue to stir-fry.
