First clean the pot, duck meat, ginger, garlic, sweet potato and sea pepper. Cut the duck meat and sweet potato into pieces. Then chop the ginger, garlic and sea pepper into fine pieces and set aside. Put 30 grams of water into the pot and boil the water. Add the duck meat to the pot and cook for 1 minute, then take it out. After cleaning the pot, add oil to the pot and bring it to a boil. Add the wilt, garlic and sea pepper and stir-fry until fragrant. Add the duck meat to the pot and stir-fry until the duck meat is dry.
