Chinese stir-fried pasta
Overview
Chinese fried noodles use more oil, otherwise they will stick together. Using pasta instead of Chinese noodles will use a lot less oil for frying, which is of course healthier. The noodles should not be too rotten when cooked, and they will be better if they are a little chewy. It takes time to cook the pasta. I usually cook it the night before and put it in the refrigerator. The next morning, I add some bacon, some vegetables, and fry an egg. You can have a delicious breakfast ten minutes early.
