Homemade cookies

Overview

My daughter has been clamoring for cookies. The cookies she made last time didn’t have butter this time, so she made do with egg tart liquid!

1. 1 Egg tart liquid

   

2. 2 Linden tree snow honey

   

3. 3 Egg yolk

   

4. 4 Thaw the egg tart liquid, stir two spoons of linden snow syrup together, then add the cooked egg yolk powder

   

5. 5 Add flour and cornmeal, use a spatula to knead the dough, and try to reduce the amount of gluten

   

6. 6 White noodles

   

7. 7 Refrigerate for 30 minutes, make the finished product and put it in the oven at 200 degrees for 20 minutes

   

8. 8 It’s out of the oven and tastes pretty good
