Ingredients
Steps
-
Wash the hawthorn, remove the stems, and skewer them for later use.
-
I bought one portion, about 200 grams, and I actually made so many skewers. Awesome!
-
Add water to the pot and add rock sugar. Bring to a boil over medium heat and then turn to low heat.
-
Until more and more bubbles appear. There is only one secret, keep stirring.
-
The skewered candied haws are dipped in boiled sugar. Remember to apply evenly all over your body. This bunch of candied haws is ready.
-
Place the prepared candied haws on the oil paper. It's not sticky. Let it dry for a while and then you can eat it. Super delicious!
