Kiwi jam
Overview
I had a few kiwis left at home, so I used them to make jam. It tasted so good that I couldn’t put it down even if I just ate the jam.

Peel the kiwi fruit.

Remove the white core inside.

The white core will not rot when cooked, so it is recommended to remove it. If it is troublesome, you may not remove it.

You can mix it with a mixer. If you want to be able to eat the pulp, cut it into small pieces like I did.

Put the sugar in the pot and let it marinate for a while until the water overflows. Turn on medium heat and stir until browned.

Turn to low heat, simmer for another 20 minutes, add lemon juice (to preserve freshness)

It's delicious in a sterilized glass jar, dipped in bread, or in yogurt.
