Pot sticker dumplings
Overview
Eat dumplings today? The dumpling skins I buy always come out soft when cooked, and they are more delicious if they are chewy. Suddenly I had an idea, wouldn't it be chewy to make pot sticker dumplings? Making fillings has never been my thing. Making dumplings is just pinching the skins together.

Prepared vegetable stuffing

Bought dumpling wrappers

Put the stuffing on the skin

Pinch up both sides and wrap them all up

Grease a pan with a little oil and heat it

Add the dumplings and fry for a while
