Shred the green and red peppers and mince some garlic.

Cut water spinach into thin strips.

Heat oil in a pan, add minced garlic and green and red pepper shreds and stir-fry for a while.

Add water spinach stems and stir-fry over high heat for a minute or two.

Stir-fry until soft, add salt and stir-fry evenly.
