Add water to the glutinous rice flour and stir for a minute or two. At this time, there are still some lumps in the rice flour. Let it stand for about 10 minutes and stir again. It will quickly become a smooth paste.

Put the stirred rice paste into the pressure cooker, turn to medium heat and cook for another 8 minutes, then turn off the heat and let it naturally deflate, then take it out. (Steam it on a plate or saucer to make it easier to cook!)

Just out of the pot, wait until it cools down to make the sticky candy more chewy. 😊 In this step, if you add too much water, there will be a little water on top after steaming. Just pour it out and it will still be chewy! Speaking from experience, I occasionally put too much water in the past, haha
