When I was walking around the city, I saw fresh bayberry and couldn't help but buy it out of curiosity. This was the first time for me to buy fresh bayberry in the north. The bayberry sauce I made is delicious! Let’s try it too.

Prepare materials

Wash bayberry

Soak in light salt water for 20 minutes

Shave off the core

Add 100g sugar and stir until the bayberry juice comes out

Bring to a boil over high heat, then simmer over low heat until thickened

Add lemon juice gelatin (gelatine powder, add a small amount of water, mix thoroughly and then add)

After it becomes sticky, let it cool

Put it into a sterilized container and store it in the refrigerator
