Dragon Fruit Jam Toast
Overview
I just happened to make Hokkaido toast, and this dragon fruit jam came in handy immediately. If you don’t want to make it too complicated, just have a western toast. Trim the sides of the toast, smear with jam and sandwich them together, dip in egg liquid and fry until six sides are slightly brown. In one bite, the eggy, fruity and wheaty aroma comes together. The red dragon fruit jam is embedded in it and blooms into a bright purple color, which looks particularly stunning. . .

Ingredients: 2 slices of toast, 1 egg, appropriate amount of red dragon fruit jam, a little oil

Beat the eggs and set aside.

Cut off the skin from all four sides of the toast,

Spread dragon fruit jam on one of the slices,

Cover with another slice.

Heat the pan, pour in a little oil,
