Wash the chicken wings, cut both sides with a knife, wash the coriander and cut into middle sections, wash the old ginger and set aside

Heat the oil over medium heat, add the peppercorns and aniseed, sauté until fragrant, and turn off the heat. Pick out the seasoning.

Turn on low heat and add chicken wings and ginger. Fry the chicken wings until lightly browned on both sides.

Add cola, just enough to cover the chicken wings, change to medium heat, bring to a boil, then simmer over low heat for 10 minutes.

Turn on high heat, collect the soup, and add appropriate amount of salt and soy sauce to season and polish before serving. Transfer to a plate and sprinkle in less than the cilantro segments.
