Steps

  1. Soak the dried squid shreds in alkaline water until soft, rinse with clean water, and cut into about 5cm pieces for later use.

  2. Cut green peppers, celery, and carrots into shreds.

  3. Heat the oil pan, add three shreds and stir-fry.

  4. Add shredded squid and stir-fry.

  5. Add cooking wine and stir-fry evenly.

  6. Add salt, light soy sauce and chicken essence to taste, stir well and turn off the heat.
