1Peel the skin off all four sides of the western toast, then cut into small square cubes

Place a cut cheese slice in the middle, cover it with another slice, and press it slightly on all sides

Add 2 grams of sweet potato starch to eggs and mix well

Put oil in a pot and heat it to 80% over high heat. Put the western toast into the egg liquid and roll it, then put it into the oil pan and fry it, turning it over halfway through to fry
