Homemade red bean paste
Overview
I have always liked to eat red bean paste, but the ones sold outside are always too sweet, so I decided to make it myself!

Prepare ingredients, soak red adzuki beans overnight

Bring to a boil and simmer over low heat for 30 minutes

Cook until the pods separate, remove and let cool

After cooling, put it into a food processor, add sugar and puree

Pour into a pan and stir-fry until the water dries up
