I have always liked to eat red bean paste, but the ones sold outside are always too sweet, so I decided to make it myself!

  1. Prepare ingredients, soak red adzuki beans overnight

  2. Bring to a boil and simmer over low heat for 30 minutes

  3. Cook until the pods separate, remove and let cool

  4. After cooling, put it into a food processor, add sugar and puree

  5. Pour into a pan and stir-fry until the water dries up
