Fat rice roll

Overview

I don’t want to cook at night, and I still have some fat sausage in the refrigerator, so I’ll eat it with vermicelli.

Steps

  1. Soak the vermicelli in hot water until soft, and cut the sausage into diamond shapes

  2. Stir-fry bean paste with ginger and scallions until fragrant

  3. Quick stir-fry with fattened sausage

  4. Add stock and bring to boil

  5. Add vermicelli, yuba mushrooms, bring to a boil over high heat and simmer for five minutes

  6. Add the chopped green onions and coriander and turn off the heat
