Fat rice roll
Overview
I don’t want to cook at night, and I still have some fat sausage in the refrigerator, so I’ll eat it with vermicelli.

Soak the vermicelli in hot water until soft, and cut the sausage into diamond shapes

Stir-fry bean paste with ginger and scallions until fragrant

Quick stir-fry with fattened sausage

Add stock and bring to boil

Add vermicelli, yuba mushrooms, bring to a boil over high heat and simmer for five minutes

Add the chopped green onions and coriander and turn off the heat
