Rinse both sides of the shredded potatoes with clean water to remove the moisture.

Shred the carrots into shreds. No need to cross water.

Mix the shredded potatoes and carrots evenly, add some oil and mix evenly.

Add a little flour a little at a time so that there is flour on every dish and no flour on the bottom of the pot. Just don’t add any more.

Add some water and mix. Add some corn flour and mix well.
