No matter how diligent a person is, there are times when he is lazy. There is no need to follow the routine and eat three meals a day. In order to lose weight, I took meal replacement for a few weeks. I lost weight, but I always felt like I was losing weight. I really want to eat something today, so I decided to make a sandwich set that is easy to make, satisfies cravings, and has acceptable calories
